Stewart Vernon, founder and CEO of the nation’s most recognized swimming pool service company, hosted the event, which was attended by ASP franchise owners, key employees, national partners, and motivational speakers. This meeting is packed minute-to-minute with incredible speakers and business-changing information.

What is the ASP Owners Meeting?

Each year franchise owners come together to celebrate their company, are recognized for their achievements, and look ahead to the coming year. The theme for this year’s meeting was Clean Water Matters. JUST ANNOUNCED: Authority Brands acquires America’s Swimming Pool Company

Authority Brands, LLC announced today the purchase of America’s Swimming Pool Company (“ASP”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition represents the first brand addition since Authority Brands was acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners in September 2018.

Founded in 2002, ASP is the nation’s largest swimming pool service franchise with over 100 franchise owners operating in more than 350 cities across 21 states. The company provides a number of services to swimming pool owners including pool maintenance, cleaning, inspections, repairs and renovations.

Authority Brands is a leading home services franchising platform and the parent company to The Cleaning Authority (“TCA”) and Homewatch CareGivers (“HWCG”). His operation grew quickly and by 2005, Stewart explored the idea of franchising the business. Today, the ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company franchise has locations serving over 400 cities in 20 states across the nation.
